I went on amosadvantage.com mainly to check out the catalog, my first snap judgment was that it looked plain but useful. After a few minutes, I realized it actually made browsing office stuff a lot easier than just guessing what we needed.

The layout is simple, which I appreciated, and I found most of the items for our office quickly. A few product descriptions could definitely use more detail, though, because I had to pause and double-check a couple things.

It’s not perfect, but it did save me time, and that counts for a lot. I’d use it again when ordering supplies, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I gave 4 stars because everything in my order was exactly what I picked on the site. No missing items. Always something I worry about with online orders. Shipping was okay too, not super fast, but not bad. Overall, a good experience. I’d order from them again.

I was waiting around for my delivery, expecting it to arrive on time, but once again it didn’t show up when it was supposed to. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a clear update on where it was or when it would actually arrive. I don’t mind a delay if I know what’s going on, but being left guessing made the whole experience annoying.

There were a lot, a lot of things to pick from, and overall I thought the selection was really good...

Returning my order ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to wait a really long time for the refund, and the replies from customer service were slow too. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely annoying.

My order showed up bent, and the packaging looked like it had been tossed around for days. someone clearly didn’t take much care with it before sending it out. The item looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse forever, which was really disappointing. Not at all what I was expecting.

I tried placing my order and the payment page just kept spinning forever. Then it finally said the payment failed, so I figured it didn’t go through. But when I checked my bank, the charge was already sitting there, which left me feeling so mentally drained.
I reached out to customer service and they basically told me to wait a few days, but I still never got an order confirmation or any clear answer. It’s really frustrating, and at this point I don’t feel comfortable using my card on this site again.

One order wasn’t the fastest with shipping, but it all showed up fine, so not a huge deal. The site could be easier to get around on, maybe, but I’d still order from them again.

I’d give Amos Advantage 4 stars. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but I felt relieved after trying it because the prices were fair, especially when a discount offer was available. It’s not always the absolute cheapest for every item, but if you wait a bit before ordering, you can definitely save some money. I’ve managed to get a few good deals, and the checkout process was easy enough.

My item ended up being on backorder, which was a little annoying, but they kept me in the loop every week or so. It showed up around the time they said it would, maybe a day or two off. Not a perfect experience, but it was hassle-free overall...

Am I the only one who feels like they just get passed from person to person with no actual solution? I reached out about my issue, but it never got fixed. Every time, it felt like someone else was supposed to handle it, and I’m still sitting here waiting.

I was trying to place my order and the checkout just kept failing, like, I’d get to the final step and then nope, another error. I tried a few times, thought maybe it was my card or the page needed a refresh, but I got tired of messing with it and gave up.

I don’t know, the curriculum just didn’t really line up with what I needed for my course. Some parts felt kind of outdated. Like I kept expecting it to connect more to what we were actually doing, but it never really did. Maybe it works for other classes, just not mine

I was happy to receive my order and the items themselves seem fine, which I appreciate. That said, the packaging was disappointing, the box arrived crushed and the items inside were barely protected, so I was a little worried opening it. Luckily nothing appears to be damaged, but I do hope they improve the packing next time...

I understand companies get busy, but basic customer service should be easier than this. It just wasn’t a good experience for me.
